Return & Exchange
All products can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Credit or replacement will be issued provided the item has not been used and is complete with all parts and returned in the product's original packaging. All shipping charges are non-refundable. A minimum of 20% repackaging and restocking fee will be accessed on all returned merchandise provided the item is returned with no damage and complete with all parts.
A Return Merchandise Authorization requires for all returned & exchanged merchandise. Contact a service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. Pack the return goods securely in a carton and send prepaid to Zinko with a copy of the original invoice for the merchandise as soon as possible. No merchandise in your possession over 30 days will be accepted for return unless the return is for warranty replacement. Used or altered merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.
Return items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Once it’s got approved, your refund or exchange request will be processed immediately. For exchange – the exchanged item will be shipped the next day. For refund – if you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the approved returned item. All other refunds for various payment methods will be processed with a company issued check.
