Return Goods Policy

All products can be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Credit or replacement will be issued provided item has not been used and is complete with all parts and returned in original package. All shipping charges are not refundable. A minimum of 20% repackaging and restocking fee will be accessed on all returned merchandise provided item is returned with no damage and complete with all parts. Return Authorization requires for all returned merchandise. Contact our service representatives for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. Pack the return goods securely in a carton and send prepaid to Zinko with copy of the original invoice for the merchandise. Return items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. No merchandise in your possession over 30 days will be accepted for return unless the return is for warranty replacement. Used or altered merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.
