ZR-1510: 15 TON 10" cylinder

With a 10" stroke, the ZR-1510 is built for 15-ton jobs requiring significant plunger extension — deep lifts, long pushes, or bends where reach matters as much as capacity. It fits the same shop, agricultural, automotive/truck service, and construction maintenance use cases as the rest of the ZR line, rated to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and powered by hand, air, or electric pump.

It's constructed with a chrome-plated, high-strength alloy steel piston rod for wear and corrosion resistance, backed by polyurethane seals and wipers that keep out contamination. The hardened saddle guards against plunger jamming and slippage under load, a steel top stop ring protects against blow-out through the full stroke, and a one-piece copper ring supports the rod against eccentric and side loading. A heavy-duty return spring gives quick, consistent retraction, the cylinder can be operated in any position, and a baked enamel finish rounds out its corrosion resistance.
